What is Coaching?

Coaching is a two-way partnership between the coachee and coach in which the focus is on learning and development.  Mindset Coaching & Counselling provides guidance and assistance on your journey to clarify and set inspiring goals, explore opportunities for growth and push through barriers in order for you to achieve your desired fulfilment.  On the journey of forming new habits, behaviours and ways of thinking; you will gain insight into how these impact on the decisions you make and your way of living.  Mindset Coaching & Counselling will guide and assist you, through self discipline and commitment, as your partner in accountability towards achieving your potential.
